Vinyasa and Yin Yoga

In modern society our lifestyles often place us under great strain, whether it is working in a stressful environment, or simply poor postures which we have adopted using devices, computers or travelling for long distances in vehicles.

Yoga is designed to bring our bodies, minds and the outside world into harmony.

Practicing yoga on a regular basis brings together physical and mental disciplines to achieve a peaceful body and mind.

It helps manage stress and anxiety and encourages relaxation, in turn giving us the tools to deal with the daily challenges in life so we can focus on getting through them in a way that benefits, rather than hinder our relationships.

Yoga can also help in increasing flexibility, muscle strength and body tone.

Reformer Pilates & Mat Pilates

Pilates involves precision based exercises with emphasis on alignment, breathing and flow of movement. Taking a regular class will benefit almost everyone, from a complete beginner to the very advanced.

You will improve flexibility, coordination and balance, build core strength and develop control and endurance in your body.

Since 2005, I have been dedicated to the fitness industry, pouring my heart and soul into helping individuals reach their health and wellness goals. Throughout my journey, I have gained invaluable personal experiences and garnered wisdom from my amazing clients. These experiences have shaped my perspective on the intricate nature of an individual's journey with health, both mentally and physically.
It feels like I have come full circle in my understanding of how important it is to create a sanctuary where people can enter confidently, devoid of any judgment or prejudices. This is the vision I had in mind when I founded Studio Sukha.
At Studio Sukha, I want to provide an environment that promotes healing, growth, and self-discovery. It is a space where individuals can recharge their bodies, minds, and souls through movement, community support, and meditation. Our studio is not limited to physical exercise alone; it encompasses a holistic approach to well-being.
My aspiration, as the owner of this heart-centered studio in Horsham, is to encourage and facilitate a healthy mindset around general well-being. I believe that when people prioritise their well-being, they are better equipped to navigate life's challenges with resilience and joy.


One of the core principles at Studio Sukha is meeting each individual where they are in life. I understand that everyone is unique and has different goals when it comes to health and wellness. Therefore, I make it a priority to listen attentively and understand their aspirations. By doing so, I can offer tailored sessions to meet their needs and help them progress towards their goals.


I firmly believe that health and wellness are not one-size-fits-all. Therefore, at Studio Sukha, we personalise our programs and classes to suit individual requirements. Whether someone is just starting their wellness journey or has been actively pursuing it for years, we aim to provide support, guidance, and a safe space for growth.


As I reflect on my journey in the fitness industry, I am humbled by the transformative experiences I have witnessed both in myself and in my clients.
