Fully equipped

Studio Sukha is a fully equipped Yoga and Pilates Studio. We provide mats, bolsters and blocks for yoga as well as any props needed for some of the mat Pilates routines.

Our Studio also have 8x state of the art Pilates Reformers.

Amenities

We have dedicated space for you to lock up your belongings during sessions.

Toilets, change room and showers are available. (Not towels provided)

What should I bring?

Please bring an exercise towel, drink bottle and a friendly smile.
