Vinyasa

Vinyasa is a dynamic style of Yoga that's physical and deeply satisfying. Each class is energetic and dynamic with challenging postures that integrate a balance of strength and flexibility, and also a strong focus on building and engaging core strength.

Our Far Infrared heated room will give you an experience that will challenge and invigorate you.

It will challenge your cardiovascular fitness as you move, breathe and stretch in a beautiful flow sequence, linking breath with movement.

Hatha Yoga

Hatha is the original yoga in which other styles of yoga draw from.

Traditionally, it is a slower, stronger practice with less dynamic movements, however asanas are often held for a longer duration.

Hatha yoga primarily focuses on mindfulness, breath control, posture and meditation.

‘Ha’ means SUN, and ‘tha’ means MOON, and the way Hatha is practiced is designed to unite and balance opposites, for example, the sun and the moon, masculine and feminine energies.

A beautiful practice that connects body, breath and mind.

Yin

Yin Yoga is a complementary Yoga practice to the more dynamic and invigorating Yoga styles of today.

You can expect a series of long-held, passive floor poses that mainly works the lower part of the body - hips, pelvis, inner thighs and lower spine.

In Yin Yoga, floor postures are held passively for several minutes in order to access a safe and positive 'stress’ on the deep layers of connective tissue in the body, which as a result increase circulation in the joints and improve flexibility and strengthens bones.

A Yin class offers the opportunity to step into a quiet space, where you can shift focus from deadlines, commitments, pressing matters and to-do lists, and allow tremendous space for renewal.

A great class to do in the middle of the day in your lunch break, or before ''school pick-up'.
